-Returns and exchanges – 30-day grace period – Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tag and accessories. The original receipt must be provided. Items returned after the 30-day period will be subject to an in-store credit, if applicable.

Merchandise at regular price:

The total amount will be credited according to the original mode of payment (cash, credit/debit card or gift certificate) if the item is returned within 30 calendar days from the purchase of delivery date and accompanied by the original bill.

The sale price will be credited if the return is made more than 30 days from the purchase/delivery date and accompanied by the original bill.

The items must not have been worn, unwashed and in a new condition, to be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise at reduced price:

FINAL SALES –All items at reduced price are considered final sale, no return or exchange. Items that have had alterations cannot be returned of exchanged.

-Manufacturer’s warranty – For defective items, contact us and we will gladly assist you.
